Business Coaching
Business performance is directly related to the clarity of purpose within the minds of management and key personnel.

we feel weak. These weak areas (real or perceived) can cause

Business Coaching is Life/Executive coaching with a twist.
Using a combination of coaching, business and management experience
we provide a support resource to help drive businesses forward.
Coaching is provided in either the standard "hands off"
coaching mode or, where required and applicable, in a more
"hands on" approach as part of the management team.
Our primary focus is on leadership processes, working with your management team we Review & Develop
the following key areas:
- Business Mission
- Strategy/Business Model
- Support Structure
- Key Management Processes
Working arrangements are flexible according to the approach/input
required. Most often the sessions are held at the business
premises with the senior mangement team. However, this could
also be by conference call or through a single designated
contact. Regularity and length of sessions is also dependent
on the preferred working arrangement.

Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is a very similar approach to the business
model, except the focus is on the individual. Assessing and
working on the individual's mission (personal objectives)
whilst taking into account lifestyle issues.
Executive Coaching sessions can be either face to face or
by telephone. Whilst sessions are normally either ½
hour or 1 hour regular timeslots, your coach will also be
available for "bouncing ideas off" and assisting
with particular decision issues.
