The world is changing - politically, financially, demographically and
environmentally, and with those changes our old 20th century
leadership methods are increasingly becoming outdated and redundant. To properly lead the
world through these changes, our style, methods and approach to leadership also
need to change.
The leadership training programme we have developed, and scheduled for launch in
December 2010, teaches the essentials of 21st century leadership,
leading you in developing your leadership skills not just bringing them up to
date, but fully equiping you to take on the future.
We do not just teach you what Leadership skills to change and why, but how to
change, develop and apply them. We dispel old myths and beliefs and challenge
old techniques in an environment and atmosphere designed to open minds and maximise the benefit
to you. This is not Management training we are talking about here, this is
Leadership training. This is not just teaching people about how to lead,
but about stepping into the shoes and becoming a leader.
The training process is a comprehensive, fully structured, modular programme
designed to enable students to choose any or all of the modules to suit their
particular requirements. Training is often carried out in conjunction with
coaching to facilitate the implementation of the training in the real world
environment.
